Your investment in the 6-Week PQ Mental Fitness Program includes:

PQ App: Available on Apple & Android, as well as a desktop version

Focus: Weekly hour-long video + daily, 1-3 minute, app guided, audio exercises (totaling approximately 15 minutes)

Gym: Guided sessions to practice & log PQ reps, a foundational practice for building your mental fitness

PQ Community: The internal social network for the overall PQ Program
Access maintained for one year (in total).
In addition, the program includes 8 Support & Accountability Group discussions (via Zoom).
- The first discussion will be a welcome/introductory session for you to meet the other group members, gain an understanding of what you can expect, & ask questions.
- The following 6 weeks, the group will have a weekly discussion (facilitated by Sheri Z) to review weekly trainings, share insights, & provide support.
- The final discussion will be at the end of the program.
