Teaching proctology?

I’m amazed by people’s unique talents & interests.

This week, I’m particularly amazed by elementary teachers.  They not only have the ABILITY to teach children, they have the DESIRE.  Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE teaching my kids...just not subjects such as math & science in a structured way...you know, the one that’s required & works?

And I also want to emphasize I love teaching MY kids.  I am over the top appreciative that talented people with the DESIRE to teach other people’s kids exist AND work at our boys’ school.  

Teaching middle school or high school sounds less than desirable to me, too.  But for different reasons.  

Hormones & drama? God help us.

Not sure I was even a fan of junior high students when I WAS one.

Actually considering “loaning the boys out” during that stage.  Interested?

Anyway...

People who choose to go into proctology amaze me as well.  Also gynecology, podiatry...REALLY anything involving bodily “stuff”...probably apparent due to my use of the word “stuff”. 

But what I love most about all of this is the fact that EACH of us has unique talents & interests.  

It’s fascinating, isn’t it?  

NO ONE on the entire planet has the exact same talents as you do…

The exact same interests....

The exact same experiences…

The exact same ANYTHING.

So whether it’s teaching, proctology...maybe even teaching proctology...whatever...Do you.  And do it now.  

The world shouldn’t have to wait for you, & you shouldn’t either. 🙂
