The first discussion will be a welcome/introductory session for you to meet the other group members, gain an understanding of what you can expect, & ask questions.

Each Tuesday from March 5th to April 23rd, your Support & Accountability Group will meet for one hour. The initial session on March 5th will be a welcome/introductory session.

The Program will "officially" begin March 9th. That weekend (& each weekend for the following 6 weeks), you will receive a one-hour video to watch on your own.

Beginning Monday, March 11th, you'll receive a few 1-3 minute audios (totaling approximately 15 minutes) to listen to on your own time throughout the day to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
